What is a seat?: A member of your workspace, or someone you've invited who hasn't joined yet.
What is a watchlist?: A list of keywords, like "HPLC" or "Agilent 1260". When new lots match, we let you know by email or in Slack.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. A workspace owner or admin cancels from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays on until the end of the month you've paid for, then the workspace moves to Free.
What happens to my watchlists if I move to a smaller plan?: Nothing is deleted. Watchlists beyond the new limit are paused: kept as they are, but sending no alerts, until you delete some, choose which ones stay on, or upgrade again.
How does upgrading work?: It applies straight away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for.
Which currency? Can I get invoices?: Prices are in US dollars. Receipts and invoices are in the billing portal, where you can also add your company's tax ID.
